Hermione turned the hourglass three times.
The dark ward dissolved. Harry had the sensation that he was flying very fast, backward. A blur of colors and shapes rushed past him, his ears were pounding, he tried to yell but he couldn’t hear his own voice –.
And then he felt solid ground beneath his feet, and everything came into focus again.
For the love of God will someone please explain to me how in the fuck the time turner scene in Prisoner of Azkaban works? Yes, I am 19 years old and it’s 2 in the morning but I need to know, damnit.
Watching Prisoner of Azkaban.
I’m at the time-turner part.
Wondering to myself how in the world do those people that think someone should have gone back in time to kill Tom Riddle when he was a baby think that shit could happen? Hermione had to turn that thing three times just to go back afew hours. It would have taken somebody until Voldy died of old age just to turn the thing back far enough.
Yeah, that’s all.
Just want to thank all those who have followed me tonight.
And to clevermudbloodgranger for the wonderful submit!

When Harry uses the invisibilty cloak to trick Draco:
This moment is not only great due to the fact that Draco is put in his place after calling Hermione a mudblood, but for how it portrays thier innocence and playfulness. We see the golden trio with their guard down and we see them in a brief world where nothing matters but a prank pulled, the hilariry of said prank, and a great friendship. If you’re a big hp fan, you’ll remember that what happens next is that Harry reveals to his friends that Sirius Black, mass murderer, is also his godfather. Harry breaks down and insists that he will kill Sirius. This moment is obviously not lighthearted as is the picture we see here. And I think that is why it is such a great moment. It teaches us that innocence does not last forever but it is wonderful while we have it and it lives through us even in the darkest of days.
